Celebrate Bike Month with Bikemore with a fun new event: Friday Night Lights.

Friday Night Lights brings people on wheels together to ride around Lake Montebello and join in some friendly competitive racing. Join us to light up the Lake with lights on your bike wheels, in your rollerskates wheels, scooters — anything.

From 7pm, you can ride around the Lake casually. At 7:30pm, we’ll start setting up for a race around the Lake with different heats for different categories of riders. Ride however long you want, though we’ll start wrapping up races by 8:30pm.

Mayor Brandon Scott will be holding a press event to highlight Bike to Work Week on Monday, May 17th at 8:45 a.m.

Please come out show your support for the week and all the good things happening in the Baltimore biking community! The more folks that show up the better - we’d love to see War Memorial Plaza packed with cyclists from around the City showing just how strong the community is here.

Please arrive at War Memorial Plaza (112 Holliday St.), we recommend by bike, no later than 8:30 a.m. to participate in the event.
